1 on 1

A one-on-one breathwork session is an intimate and focused experience where you work on your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. The session takes place in a quiet and comfortable space and you will be lying down most of the time. I will guide you through the session using music and my voice, I can also use different bodywork techniques to help you release tensions and emotions.

The session begins with an initial conversation to understand your goals, concerns, and any medical history. Once comfortable, I will lead you through a series of rhythmic and intentional breathing patterns guided by music.

The session typically lasts around 90 minutes. Towards the end, there’s a gradual winding down, allowing you to return to a natural breathing rhythm. There will be time for you to reflect and share your experience with me with a nice cup of tea.

Overall, a one-on-one breathwork session offers a personalized journey into the power of intentional breathing, helping you connect with your inner selves.

Group Sessions – Breathwork

Breathwork can be both a solitary practice and a guided experience. In group settings you often find support and encouragement to delve into your breath and emotions. I will create a safe and nurturing environment that enables all the participants to explore their inner landscapes and navigate any emotional challenges that arise. The power of collective breathing can amplify the experience, fostering a sense of unity and shared intention among participants.

Due to the possiblity of heightened emotions and different physical experiences I only work in person when doing Breathwork to make sure everyone has the safest experience and care.

Group Sessions – Breathe in Harmony

A guided coherent breathing session combines rhythmic breathing techniques with mindfulness to induce relaxation and balance. Participants lie down in a comfortable position. The session begins with a brief introduction to coherent breathing, explaining its benefits in reducing stress and promoting emotional well-being.

I will guide you into relaxation and then use music to guide you to breathe evenly at a rate of 5 breaths per minute. This slower pace encourages synchronization between the heart, respiratory system, and brainwaves. The music will help you keeping the pace and also brings calmness.

The sessions take about 60 minutes of which 30 minutes are used to breathe coherently, there is time before and after to check in and share experiences.

As the session progresses, you may notice a sense of calmness, reduced tension, and increased mental clarity. The practice’s regularity can lead to lasting benefits, including improved emotional regulation and overall well-being. The session usually concludes with a period of silence for reflection and a gradual return to normal breathing.

These sessions are offered both in person and online.-
